To deliver safe-to-consume, sustainable, fresh and delicious live catch to our clients across the globe, we dedicate part of our operations to eco-friendly and sustainable research and development that are carried out in cooperation with the Department of Agriculture of the Ehime University, which will further help us improve the quality of our products and production centers.
Development of Brainchild Products
We developed our own brainchild products that are incomparable. These products are cultivated in the Bungo Channel at the Shikoku Island, a renowned aquaculture location. At this rich marine environment, we cultivate our brainchild products, “Hachiman Dai", “Hachiman Buri" and “Hachiman Kanpachi" that are vibrant in colors and great in taste in which we are confident that even the harshest food critics will be impressed. We put a lot of care and attention into the our products because we aim to deliver the freshest tastiest seafood to our clients across the globe.
